Comment: I haven't had the chance to conpare this unit to the readings at the doctors office (taking them at the same time). But I have taken readings at the drug store and then 5 min later taking it at home. It does seem to give true readings. They has never been any really off readings. No wild swings.
It is very easy to use and comes with good instructions and a nice carrying case. Makes it easy to take on vacation with you. AC adapter makes it where you don't have to worry about dead batteries.

Comment: I guess the cuff is a little long, making it a little unpractical to fit with the arm. I haven't compared the reading with other instruments, which is an important issue. I don't have to buy new batteries every while, because it has an AC adaptor. It has memory and shows the averages of the readings, so you can see the overall picture of your blood Pressure.

Comment: This is by far the easiest BP tool I've ever used for an individual. The cuff fits my arm (large cuff) and my wife's (small cuff) with one easy to use cuff. Just press the button and presto, you have an accurate reading of BP and Pulse. It is facinating to see how one's BP fluctuates during the day, based on what you are doing and what stress you are under. It also has a memory device , which i have not used yet. I highly recommend this machine.

Comment: Just received, put it together and checked BP without even readng the instructions. Compared to a manual reading, accurate with in 6mm hg. Even comes with batteries. Over all a great monitor and one I would recommend for my patients.
