Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take
two capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two
capsules at mid-afternoon with 8 ounces of water. Do not take in
the evening. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Individuals weighing
under 150 lbs. may wish to begin use with one-half the recommended
dose for the first week (one capsule twice per day). For best results,
use as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise program.*
Store in a cool, dry place.

- Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing or at risk of or being
treated for high blood pressure, heart disease, renal disease, hyperthyroidism,
spasms, psychiatric disease, suffer from migraines, are allergic
to tyramine or chocolate, have asthma or are taking asthma medication.
- Consult your physician before use if you are taking a monoamine
oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
- The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine
as a cup of coffee and should not be taken by individuals wishing
to eliminate caffeine from their diet. Limit use of caffeine-containing
foods and beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine
may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally,
rapid heartbeat.
- Use of this product may cause increased photosensitivity. Light-skinned
individuals should limit UV exposure when consuming this product.

Comment: It seems to do what they claim. I had less appetite
and more energy, which helped me eat less and exercise more. As
a result, I lost a decent amount of weight.
Comment: One of the best I've used. It's not quite like the
old Xenadrine, but it does zap your appetite and give you lots of
energy. The only thing I've found that works better is Tetrazene
es50 which TOTALLY eliminated my appetite. I use this one with an
MRP called intake performance and am losing weight like never before.
Comment: There is a side effect, like an empty stomach feeling.
The point is, you DO have to eat a sensible breakfest -- NOT rabbit
food, and you'll feel fine. I've used this product for a few years
(a month each year) to maintain my weight. The result is I've gradually
lost 12 pounds a year for 3 years. It helps to ensure 2-3 pounds
lost a each week while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I don't
think it necessary to use the product all the time -- just to get
a good start. It's unrealistic to not control your diet, not exercise,
and expect a miracle. The point of this pill is to keep a steady
weight loss, and it does it fantastically.
